COBO Acquires Feelera

The recent strategic transaction conducted by the COBO Group, which led to the acquisition of innovative startup Feelera, COBO is increasingly positioning itself as a key player in the technology transition of the off-highway vehicle industry.

Feelera, established in March 2020 in Verona and operational in Brescia since 2021, has distinguished itself in the Italian startup scene thanks to a cloud-based digital platform dedicated to mapping production chains. The technology developed by the company makes it possible to track every stage of production processes, from raw material to finished product; ensuring authenticity, sustainability and transparency in communication between suppliers, customers and stakeholders, among other things. Innovative multimedia data integration is done through the Feelera Integration Engine (FIE), supported by several application modules that enable effective management in both B2B and B2C environments.

Through this acquisition, stresses CEO Enrico Linetti, COBO intends to consolidate its offerings by integrating services for tracking and analyzing production processes, creating synergies between its core technologies and the digital skills developed by the startup.

In an increasingly interconnected global context, the synergy between industrial tradition and digital technology emerges as a key asset for meeting future challenges and promoting economic development both locally and internationally.

The operation is a virtuous example of how collaboration between large industrial entities and innovative startups can stimulate and strengthen the production system, and successfully promote technological evolution in general.
