Over the past fourteen years, I have had the privilege of being part of the electronics production department of COBO, a leading technology company characterized by a strong commitment to innovation and quality. After the basics learned in my schooling, I began my professional experience as a worker, acquiring fundamental technical skills and a deep knowledge of production processes. Through constant personal commitment and the dedication and support of a highly qualified team, I gradually took on more responsibility, eventually serving as deputy production manager. This personal and professional growth has been possible thanks to a stimulating work environment geared toward continuous improvement and the enhancement of internal resources. I am proud to contribute every day to the success of COBO, a company that represents excellence in the industrial landscape.

I have been working in COBO since 1989, when I began my career as a technical draughtsman. Since then, I have traveled a long path of professional growth that, through commitment and determination, has led me today to hold the position of Manager of the Mechanical R&D and Product Engineering Office at the Castelletto Ticino plant, as well as directing the Technical Back Office at the Leno headquarters.

It has been a path that has not always been easy, but extremely stimulating and full of challenges. Thanks to the opportunities that the company offered me over time, I was able to express and prove my value, building with passion and dedication a career that still represents a great source of motivation for me today.

The greatest satisfaction is seeing new talent enter the company, driven by enthusiasm and a desire to learn. My current mission is to pass on to them not only technical skills, but also the energy and passion for a profession that is as challenging as it is rewarding.

Hi all, I am a Hardware Electronics Engineer in COBO, where I am very happy to design electronic boards, particularly for headlights and dashboards.

Since my arrival, I have appreciated the well-organized structure of the company, which allows me to do my work efficiently.

One of the aspects that excites me most about my position is the multidisciplinary nature of the engineering department. Working closely with colleagues from different specialties gives me the opportunity to actively collaborate and be involved in a wide range of projects. This constant interaction not only enriches my skills but also pushes me to take on challenges of increasing difficulty, thus contributing to my professional growth.

I have worked at Cobo for 30 years, and today, at 63 years old, I can say I have come a long way with this company. I started as a simple worker, with a great desire to do and learn. Over time, thanks to the opportunities I have been given and the commitment I have always tried to put into my work, I have held various roles, growing both professionally and personally.

Today, I am part of the prevention and safety department, where I am also in charge of information for new employees. This allows me to get to know many people from their first day and, for me, it is always a pleasure to welcome them and help convey the values of the company. Over the years I have seen so many people change, grow, become benchmarks. I have seen the company evolve, face challenges and seize new opportunities.

What have I learned? That you always have to put yourself out there. No matter the role or age: the desire to learn and improve yourself really makes a difference.
