From October 3 to 5, COBO had the pleasure of participating in the highly anticipated Smart Future Academy, an innovative project dedicated to the more than 20,000 young students in attendance to support them in choosing their professional future.
A central moment of the event was the workshops, which offered companies, training providers, institutions and associations the opportunity to meet directly with young people. It was a unique opportunity to create connections between the worlds of work and higher education.
The event provided a platform for matching young people and companies, helping to create a direct dialogue that opened doors to new professional and educational opportunities. COBO strongly believes that investing in the training of young people is crucial, as it enables them to meet the challenges of an ever-changing labor market.
