ICS (Interactive Comfort Seat)

New ICS (Interactive Comfort Seat) family seat produced and designed to improve operator comfort. Developed by cooperating with various industry companies, universities and institutes, which led to the introduction and use of innovative materials and solutions. Available in different fittings and versions.

The use of a state-of-the-art suspension will reduce vibrations by up to 40 percent, and thanks to the tilting system, the operator will be able to tilt the seat up to 12°, improving visibility while maintaining access to the controls located on the armrests, which will follow the movements of the seat.

THREE DIFFERENT BACKREST HEIGHTS Taking advantage of its modular platform, it is possible to have it in three different backrest heights, so depending on the application/machine, the most appropriate backrest model can be chosen.	THREE DIFFERENT SEAT HARDNESSES Thanks to the three different seat hardnesses, we achieved the best pressure distribution (without discomfort zones).
MAXIMUM CUSTOMIZATION ON COATINGS ECE R25 homologated headrest, maximum customization on upholstery (material and design) and possibility to insert custom embroidered logo.	PASSIVE VENTILATION Thanks to the innovative shape of the backrest, which is divided into two parts, we have passive ventilation that reduces heat in the back.
ADAPTIVE AIR SUSPENSION The new adaptive air suspension (magnetorheological) reduces vibrations reaching the user during machine operation by up to 40 percent compared to a traditional air suspension, especially in severe conditions. Thanks to the solution used (MR-Dumprer) we can intervene, through the use of a COBO control unit with a proprietary algorithm, immediately on the stroke and speed of the suspension, which has enabled the passing of all homologation classes and certifications (EU 1322/2014 modified by EU 2018/830, ISO7096:2000, EU167/2013). Mastery of the algorithm, allows us to get the best operation and performance from the suspension, based on each individual application/situation.
