LISOBUS Compliant, 3-core chip, Safety Integrity Level 2
The new HE84 and HE48 control units join the HE family. They use Infineon’s AURIX microcontroller that combines the computing power of the latest 3 cores together with Lock-step technology for running applications where “Functional Safety” is required. They have industrial, agricultural, road vehicle, and construction machinery standards as their design basis.
They can be used in all applications where a Safety controller is required:
– with high computing power;
– with high hydraulic and electric motion actuation power;
– with advanced CAN Bus and Ethernet/BroadReach connectivity.
